Waterproof Works
Heavy leaks through the badly damaged gutter.
All kinds of waterproofing: Epoxy, Polyurethane, Cementitious, Bitumen, Acrylic, Spray PU Foam... were all tried before by so many waterproofing contractors. Our task was to remove all those from the gutter, expose the bare metal sheet, and then work towards waterproofing. An epoxy primer, 3mm DFT of Spray Polyurea and two coats of Aliphatic Polyurethane top coat. At the completion of works, a water leak test done. Zero Leaks.
